We operate as a job matching platform for job seekers in Singapore. We do not represent employers on this website — all services on this platform are directed at job seekers only.

2What Personal Data We Collect
When you submit an application through our website, we may collect the following:
- Full name
- Email address
- WhatsApp / mobile number
- Desired role and work arrangement preference
- Work experience (if provided)
- Resume / CV (if uploaded)
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as NRIC numbers, financial details, or health information through this website.
3Why We Collect Your Data
Your personal data is collected and used solely for the following purposes:
- To match you with suitable job opportunities in Singapore
- To contact you via WhatsApp or email with relevant job matches
- To assess your suitability for roles based on your preferences and experience
- To comply with MOM employment agency regulations
We will never use your data for marketing unrelated to job matching, and we will never sell your personal data to any third party.
4How We Share Your Data
We may share your personal data with the following parties, strictly for job matching purposes:
- Prospective employers — only when a suitable role has been identified and with your awareness
- Our internal team — consultants and staff responsible for matching and placement
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any unrelated third parties. We do not transfer your data outside of Singapore without appropriate safeguards.
5How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our job matching services, or as required by applicable law and MOM regulations.
If you have not been successfully placed in a role and we have not been in contact with you for more than 2 years, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).
6Cookies & Website Data
Our website may use basic cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. This data is aggregated and anonymous — it is not linked to any personal information you submit.
We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes on this website.
7Your Rights Under the PDPA
As a data subject under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent to our use of your data at any time
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
